At the core of our model is an end-to-end platform that manages the complete lifecycle of data center and energy development—from initial site identification to operational delivery and long-term optimization.

Our integrated structure includes two mission-driven business units:

  • Big Watt Digital, focused on developing, operating, and optimizing next-generation data center campuses.
  • Big Watt Power, our dedicated power generation division, which designs and operates highly efficient, flexible energy systems to supply electrons at speed—either through grid interconnection or direct generation.

Advanced Energy Systems for Critical Compute

Big Watt Power was created to meet the real constraint of the digital economy: power. Our generation strategies prioritize speed to energization, grid independence, and dynamic optimization.

  • Combined Cycle Generation: We deploy gas turbines with HRSG systems for unmatched fuel efficiency, integrating directly with cooling and water reclamation infrastructure. These plants are built with hydrogen co-firing capability and emissions compliance baked in from day one.
  • Curtailment & Demand Response Optimization: We operate within the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and other ISOs to optimize facility load through Demand Response Rate (DRR) programs. These programs allow us to reduce power use during high grid stress periods in exchange for market-based compensation—helping balance the grid while lowering costs. For data centers, this means smarter power provisioning without compromising uptime.
  • Thermal & Water Integration: Our facilities close the loop between energy and water. Recovered steam is used to power mechanical systems, and water reclamation allows us to reduce environmental draw and regulatory exposure. Water strategy isn’t an afterthought—it’s part of the power plan.

An Integrated Ecosystem of Power + Compute

Big Watt has engineered a vertically integrated platform designed to eliminate friction across every stage of high-performance digital infrastructure:

  • Site Platform Development: We curate and cultivate a proprietary portfolio of pre-qualified deployment zones—sites that align with hyperscaler, AI, and government infrastructure priorities. Each is rigorously vetted for interconnection feasibility, generation potential, water access, and environmental compatibility. This platform model allows users to rapidly assess and deploy in locations designed for performance and scalability.
  • Big Watt Power: Our energy division brings firm, dispatchable, and resilient energy to every project. We deploy combined cycle gas turbine systems with Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), designed for hydrogen transition, ultra-high efficiency, and seamless thermal integration with water and cooling loops. In all deployments, we prioritize the fastest reliable delivery of electrons—whether grid-delivered, self-generated, or hybrid.
  • Big Watt Digital: Our data center division builds rapidly deployable, modular campuses designed for AI, HPC, and next-gen workloads. We engineer for density (100+ kW/rack), uptime (N+2 architecture), and modularity—allowing tenants to scale within or across connected campuses.
  • Water & Resource Engineering: We incorporate water planning from day one. Our sites integrate municipal reuse, on-site reclamation, and closed-loop thermal systems to support long-duration cooling and HRSG functionality. We treat water as both a technical and strategic resource—and build infrastructure that reflects this priority.
